Baek Sung-KwanExecutive Vice President of POSCO
Mr. Sung joined POSCO in 1981 and involved at Steelmaking Technology Department. In 2003, he was appointed as Steelmaking Superintendent at Gwangyang Steelworks, The POSCO’s second mill in South Korea.
He was also appointed as Director of Vietnam Steel Project Task Force in 2006 and Senior Vice President (Business Investment) in 2007. He held the Executive Vice President (Overseas Steel Business Dept. II) position since 2011.
He earned his Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy from Yong-Nam University in 1980. He completed his Master Degree in Metallurgy in Soon-Cheon University in 2005.
